SUMMARY:
Vacancies have occurred on the New
York State Independent Living Council, Inc. I recommend the Board of Regents take
the following action:
VOTED: that the following
individuals be appointed to fill vacancies on the New York State Independent
Living Council, Inc.: Christina Curry, Christine Zachmeyer, Sherry Taub, Edith
M. Prentiss, Robert Gaffney, Paige Macdonald and Debbie (Sanford) Cooper be
appointed for a three-year term ending December 31, 2007. Debbie (Sanford)
Cooper will be filling a new federally required category of Director of Section
121 Projects. Sharon Shapiro-Lacks
is reappointed to serve a three-year term ending December 31, 2007.
