SUMMARY:
In order to begin discussion of plans for your 2004-05 State Aid proposal, I provide you with two items:
- A discussion report on the context for this year�s State Aid proposal and possible goals (Attachment A);
- A schedule of reports planned for the development of this year�s proposal (Attachment B).
This initial discussion of goals by the Full Board provides important direction to staff that guides the development of the proposal throughout the process. I look forward to a fruitful discussion.
